Shipping & Returns

Shipping live plants sometimes has its challenges when dealing with inclement weather but we strive to have every single order shipped out on their scheduled shipping date. Most orders will be scheduled to ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Because a plant needs TLC we only ship out on Mondays-Wednesdays to ensure the plants aren’t stationed somewhere over the weekend with no water or sunlight.

The Pink Ice Oleander (Nerium oleander 'Pink Ice') is a hardy, evergreen shrub known for its soft pink flowers and glossy green foliage. It’s a drought-tolerant and low-maintenance plant, making it a great choice for hedges, privacy screens, and ornamental plantings in warm climates.

Features:

  • Foliage: Dark green, lance-shaped leaves that stay evergreen year-round.
  • Flowers: Soft pale pink blooms appear in spring through fall, with a light fragrance.
  • Size: Grows 6-12 feet tall and 4-6 feet wide, but can be pruned to maintain a smaller shape.
  • Growth Habit: Upright, dense, and bushy.
  • Light Needs: Thrives in full sun, though it can tolerate partial shade.
  • Soil Requirements: Well-drained soil; drought-tolerant once established.
  • Hardiness Zones: USDA 8-11, thriving in warm, coastal, and dry climates.

Care Tips:

  • Watering: Low to moderate; water deeply but infrequently once established.
  • Pruning: Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and encourage blooms.
  • Fertilizing: Apply a balanced fertilizer in early spring for optimal growth.
  • Pest & Disease Resistance: Generally, pest-free, though it can be susceptible to aphids and scale in humid conditions.

Uses & Benefits:

  • Hedges & Privacy Screens: Forms a dense, fast-growing natural barrier.
  • Coastal & Drought-Tolerant Landscaping: Tolerates salt, heat, and dry conditions.
  • Ornamental Accent: Works well as a standalone shrub or in mixed borders.
  • Deer & Pest Resistant: Unbothered by deer and most common pests.

General Care Instructions

  • Watering: Water deeply after planting. Continue regular watering for the first growing season.
  • Mulching: Apply 2-4 inches of mulch around the base, keeping it away from the trunk.
