Questions & Answers
Have a Question?
-
Would the plant thrive in Zone 10, Arizona? We need a smaller plant, that stays green and grows 3-8 ft. tall 6 ft. wide. Thank you...
Little Lime hydrangea may struggle in Zone 10, Arizona, due to the extreme heat and arid climate. Hydrangeas prefer cooler temperatures and more consistent moisture than this region typically provides.
For your needs, consider drought-tolerant alternatives like Texas Ranger (Leucophyllum frutescens) or Dwarf Bottlebrush (Callistemon viminalis 'Little John'), which stay green, grow to your desired size, and thrive in hot climates.
