I'm wanting to buy the purple diamond. Checking to see if it will grow good in zone 6
Purple Diamond Loropetalum (Loropetalum chinense 'Purple Diamond') is not fully cold-hardy in Zone 6, as it thrives best in USDA Hardiness Zones 7–10. In Zone 6, where winter temperatures can drop below 0°F (-18°C), this shrub may struggle to survive the harsh cold.
