I was a little leary of not going to my local nursery but when I could find what I wanted locally I tried Michael's Nursery and was not disappointed. The plants arrived on time and healthy. I got them into the groud right away and I'm very happy with the quality.
The plant was great. The delivery was not. We had a plant that took almost 1 week to arrive in 100-degree weather. The plant was shipped on a Tuesday. It went from Louisiana to Tennessee to California and then sat over the weekend in Phoenix, AZ. We finally received it the following Monday in Albuquerque, NM
The plant lost a lot of leaves, and it has taken almost 1 month to start to recover. I think that it is going to be alright now.
Very good. Although the weather was quite hot and some soil spilled out during shipping, the tree itself arrived in good condition. After a little adjustment, the whole tree looks healthy and is doing very well.
Little smaller than i was expecting but my expectations weren’t really based off anything tangible.
Regardless, the plant showed looking just fine and is actively growing.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered Blue Tuscan rosemary plants and received very little communication or follow-up after placing the order. We eventually had to reach out ourselves just to get an update on when they would ship. When the plants finally arrived, they were not the size we ordered and several branches were broken and damaged. Despite doing everything we can to try to save them, the plants are now basically dying. Unfortunately, between the lack of communication and the condition of the plants upon arrival, we would not order from this company again.
I have watered and waited for the plants to stand up as wrotten in inateuctiins with package I think they weee too damaged in shipping. The grass waa completeky bent over.
Am i eligible for refund or replacement?
When my palm tree arrived, it appeared to be half dead. I hoped it was just from transportation, but I did everything by the book and it still completely died within three months.
We've never ordered plants or shrubs on-line for delivery, but took a shot on these because we couldn't find them at stores and Michael's is in-state not that far away. The plants arrived nicely packaged and looked really healthy. Right now five of the six are doing real well, only one is struggling some. We think if we give it a few more weeks, in will come around. All in all, very satisfied.
We planted it immediately and it looks terrible. Leaves are turning brown and falling off. I doubt it survives

The packaging could certainly be better, most containers were half full with soil or whatever its packed with all over the box and the roots exposed. One of the 4 plants bought was dead within a day or two of getting it in the ground. The other three appear to be doing ok. I ordered more for a different area of the house, so the challenges above aren't total deal-breakers.
Very satisfied with my purchase, got both in the ground in two days. Hoping both will take.
We planted it right away at the restaurant in line with the other old ones. Used good amended soil to give it a good start. But it looks like it's dying, even though we've hooked it up immediately to a good drip system so it gets lots of water. We'll see. Stewart White

This is the third palm I bought from michaels nursery and I am totally satisfied with my palms! They kept me informed and my plants are large and nicely packaged. Definitely buy there plants in the future!
